funny new site What's unpatriotic is the fact that the government will get up to 69% of GM.. It's not a big surprise after obama lied about the bailout saving the company. We must act now.. If we don't give this bailout GM will have to file for bankruptcy... It was all about gaining control, but many people didn't believe the so called conspiracy theorists.. It's a shame that this will happen to almost everything obama touches and some people refuse to see a pattern.

new site new site If you are an Indian living in India I don't think you can invest in foreign bourses, like CBOE. For this to happen India should have Capital Account convertiility on it's Balance of Payment. I think the government is studying floating rupee and trying to implement captial account convertibility thus. Now the best option to invest in foreign countries is through Mutual Funds which invest there. Fidelty Megallan is here and they invest close to 30% of their corpus in Foreign bourses. There may be many others check it out. Wait otherwise when capital account convertibility materialise for Indians.

new site no credit check Form 6781 is only used if you had Section 1256 contracts or what the IRS calls a straddle. For a privite investor, the only Section 1256 contracts you are likely to have traded would be cash settled options on a broad based index, such as SPX or OEX options. The IRS defines a straddle as "any set of offsetting positions on personal property." That includes not only what option traders define as straddles, but most other spreads as well, including vertical spreads and time spreads. The only offsetting positions including at least one option position that the IRS does not consider a straddle is a "qualified covered call." If you had any covered calls see page 59 or IRS publication 550 to determine if the covered call was qualified or not. If an option trade was not a Section 1256 contract and was not part of a straddle, report it on Schedule D (for the year the trades was closed) unless the postion was closed through the exercise or assignment process. If you exercised a long option position or were assigned a short option position, adjust the price of the underlying by the amount of the option premium instead of reporting the option trade separately.

new site new site Because congress realized that the options have value and recognized the NSOs as employee compensation. Thus when the money is available to the employee (even if just converted to stock), they become subject to fica/mc, withholding etc. The general rule is that anything you receive from your employer is taxable income. To wait until you sell the stock would be impossible for the employer to track.

BRI Check Equifax score free "BUYS" dont need to be reported, only "SALES" since they generate a taxable event. They only have to be listed seperately if they were different stocks. For example, lets say you have 200 XYZ Stocks and you sold all 200 Stocks that would only be one entry, therefore only one line making it only $3. Did you have 300 different types of stocks?!?!?
